How to Use Mistakenly Scratched & Erased recharge code & Serial Number from Ncell Recharge Card.





Don't worry if you have done so. You can still use the card but you may have to do a bit of effort to save your recharge card from loss.
There are two type of numbers in recharge card. One is PIN code covered by black carbon which you often scratch to recharge your mobile number,  And another  numbers is S.N (Serial Number) which found above the PIN code.

All you need call customer care of Ncell center on 9005.
After calling reach to customer care executive you need to press the required extension number . Then when you are able to talk to customer care executive once connected to customer care executive then explain to them that you have mistakenly omitted PIN code while scratching. 

after, they will explain you to recover PIN code in the way as per their rules. They may tell you to visit ncell center office which is located near to you or may be they will ask you the scratch card serial number and recharge card first 4 digit and last 4 digit.
